The shepherd's crook is a delicate and traditional design that is only achievable through the skills of our master blacksmiths.

• Designed to fit casement windows and match, the shepherd's crook window stays in the range.
• Our handmade fasteners are forged from mild steel, giving them unrivalled strength and a wealth of character.
• The product is handed, and therefore care needs to be taken when choosing the correct hand. If your window is hinged on the left from the inside view, then a left-hand fastener is required.
• Includes a mortice plate and hook plate for different fitting options.
• The fastener has a locking mechanism by way of a grub screw.
• Supplied with matching SS wood screws.

Product Finish

Our black finish From The Anvil is a popular choice in traditional settings; it has a subtle sheen and offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber. In addition, it is baked in a high-temperature oven giving it durable corrosion-resistant properties.

Maintenance & Care

This finish is deficient maintenance and perfect for bathrooms, kitchens or externally where damper environmental conditions are expected. Regular oiling of all moving parts using our ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337) is beneficial to the longevity of your products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation. You can also use an oily cloth to wipe over the product from time to time to protect against exterior or environmental elements. For any minor scratches that may occur with your product's general wear and tear, we offer a durable ‘Black Touch Up Paint (73101) if required.
