Rim locks are fitted to the door's surface rather than being morticed in, along with a surface-mounted keep that should be fitted to the door frame.

• It contains a three-legged rim lock that is not insurance rated, used in conjunction with a British standard deadlock to comply with insurance regulations.
• The product is reversible to use on either the left or right-hand side of your door.
• All our rim locks are KA.
• They are supplied with matching SS wood screws.

Regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337) is beneficial to the longevity of your products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation. You can also use an oily cloth to wipe over the product from time to time to protect against exterior or environmental elements.
