Security bolts are designed to fit into the edge of doors and windows to add improved security.

• They must be morticed into the door and used in conjunction with a security star key (sold separately) which turns and releases the bolt mechanism.
• Supplied with matching SS wood screws.

Product Finish

Our polished chrome products From The Anvil are made from a base metal of solid brass with high-quality chrome plating applied to the surface. A high sheen finish that is most commonly used in contemporary settings. This finish offers bright, bold and reflective qualities, which work best if a clean, cool look is desired.

Maintenance & Care

We recommend avoiding using any chemicals or cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the plated finish. You can use an oily cloth to wipe over the product from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product; this will also aid protect against any environmental elements. You can also use a dry cloth to wipe over the product and reduce finger marks. Regular oiling of all moving parts using our ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337) is beneficial to the longevity of your products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
